"I had over 7 quotes for a fairly big job to be completed. Demo works, drainage, concreting and retaining wall, over 150m2 just in concrete. Khalibs professional and friendly approach from the initial quote through to the formalised breakdown on the actual quote was by far the best I've seen. The detail and work completed was like it was being done at his own house. The guys he had on site during the few weeks were polite and had the same approach as he did. Few set backs due to weather but worked around it no problems. The overall experience was top notch...I have more I need done later down the track and he will be the first I call. Khalib and his team recently completed our under-house slab, carport and driveway, - over 200m2. From the first meeting, he was punctual and clearly outlined the options, timeframes, pricing and maintained consistent and timely communication both prior to the works commencing as well as during. Khalib worked in well with other tradies on site to ensure clear access for everyone and his team were professional and accommodating to some late changes we made. Nothing was too difficult for the team. The quality of work was excellent and comforting when other tradies on site are also complementary of the K & Co team in being efficient, clean and well organised.The end result is very pleasing and when we require finishing works after the reno, Khalib will be my first choice.Highly recommended for any concreting works!
